Exclusive! The Renfield Syndrome Blurb

As you all know, I am a huge fan of JA Saare's Rhiannon Law Series, and when Jaime told me she had finally written the blurb, I asked (begged) her if I could do a post on it for my blog! She was nice enough to say yes and I am so happy that she is allowing me to share The Renfield Syndrome back cover blurb with all of you! The Renfield Syndrome is book 2 in the Rhiannon's Law Series and it is going to be one of the most anticipated reads of 2011.

Without further ado, here is the exclusive blurb:

Vampires, and werewolves, and demons, oh my.

Rhiannon thought facing off against a deranged child vampire was the most dangerous task she would ever have to undertake, but she’s about to discover making a deal with a demon is far, far worse. Sent forward into another reality, one in which vampires are now dominating nearly extinct humans, she realizes the sooner she returns to her vampire lover, Disco, the better.

Unfortunately, time changes a lot of things; including those most trusted around her. When she’s faced with a loss and betrayal unlike any she has ever known, her focus shifts from severing the debt between the demon that wants to kill her, to exacting a revenge that will bring forth consequences she never could have fathomed. By reaching out to the darkness lingering within her, she’ll find the strength to push forward despite the circumstances that would see her dead and buried.

After all, when it’s all said and done, all that she has left to lose is her soul.

Doesn't that sound all kinds of awesome?! I cannot wait to read this book so I can be reunited with my Book Boyfriend Disco!

I have even more great news to tell you! Jaime will be posting Chapter 1 of The Renfield Syndrome of her author group! The group is located on Yahoo Groups, so click on the image below to be redirected to it!

Dead, Undead, Or Somewhere In Between is book 1 in the Rhiannon's Law Series. I know that most of you have heard me rave about this book and I'm not going to stop anytime soon. I love it that much. To those of you that haven't read it yet, you are missing out on a good thing! It's a really well written book that quickly became one of my favorite reads ever. I'm still pimping it! Here is a link to my review of the book if you would like to read it.

I can't wait to find out what happens in The Renfield Syndrome. Let me know what you think about the blurb and what you think will happen in the book!

  1. Oo, Oo, Oo!!!! I can't wait for this one! I am really curious now. I keep thinking Disco has to feel her with the bond they made as him marking her. But I don't know what is going to happen.

I have to say, I love how Jaime pushes the bar in the books. It almost sounds like Disco isn't going to be there for Rhiannon anymore! Or trusted anyway. And some one else will step up. And Rhiannon will fight to get Disco back. Oh man! Jaimie you really do a wonderful job!

    Ooooo. Can't wait!!!!

  10. I just finished the first book and ran straight here to talk with others! I hope Rhiannon gets back to being her feisty self. She kind of mellowed to much with Disco . I think in the future Disco will have moved on and Paine is going to be there for her . Remember he said he couldn't see her future (except through others) I think that is because she is going to be part of his. I liked Paine and want to see him happy, but I like Disco too. He is just to damn perfect though. This could put Disco and Paine against each other again (like during the Civil War). That ending was just unfair!!! And I will be clawing my eyes out until I get the next book!
