New books!

So I have decided that my next post would be on new books that I purchased. I picked up these lovely books during a Borders run this week. I am currently reading Pleasure of a Dark Prince so that's why the cover will not close all the way. lol I also ordered some books from Amazon. My husband does not know about these yet. He'll find out eventually. Here are those books:

- Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs (Jane Jameson, Book 1) by Molly Harper

- Hell's Belles by Jackie Kressler

- Drawn Into Darkness: A Soul Gatherer Novel by Annette McCleave

- Crave the Night: I Burn for You, I Thirst for You, I Hunger for You (Primes Series, Books 1, 2 and 3) by Susan Sizemore

- The Battle of the Labyrinth (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Book 4) by Rick Rordian (for my son James)

I also ordered The Last Olympian (Percy Jackson & the Olympians, Book 5) by Rick Rordian for James as well. I'm going to read the series at a later time.

So there are my new books. I have made the decision to not buy any more books unless they are new releases. My TBR pile is growing and I want to try to read those first.

I want to give a special shoutout to one of my twitter buddies and fellow Snowpocolypse victim @lustreader who gave me this idea. She posts her new books and library books on her blog as well. Check her out at http://lustyreader.wordpress.com/ and show her some love!

Enjoy your day!

  2. Wowzers!! What a stash. I'm jealous! I want to read the Molly Harper books so bad! I may go off my book buying ban (that I don't stick with) and buy them this weekend. I need to dig around for a Border's coupon. I really need to stop buying books. I plan on going to the library and see what I can find. The only thing is, the public library don't always carry the kind of books I like to read - good ol' smut! Haha!

  3. Thanks Leontine! I hope to enjoy Garreth. lol

Marquetta I have the same problem with my library. I've even tried Interlibrary Loan. I told myself a couple of weeks ago that I was going to stop buying so many but I just couldn't help it. You and I have had this convo on Twitter. LOL!

  8. Wow, those look great and doesn't it feel good to treat yourself with so many lovely books! I have a few of them on my ereader as well (Showalter and Nice Girls) and from Chloe Neill and Kresley Cole I picked up an older title (both first in a series). All recommended to me on Twitter (and/or blogs) :)
