My Blog Awards!

I have been awarded several Blog Awards from some of my fabulous Blog friends and would like the opportunity to list all of the wonderful awards right now! Although it has taken me a while to post some of them, I am so thankful and appreciative to have received them! So without further ado, here they are:

1. My beautiful family makes me happy. My beautiful children, even though they are turning my hair grey!I would be nothing without them.
2. Making someone else happy makes me happy.
3. Listening to music. Music is as much a part of me as the air I breathe.
4. Movies. Especially romantic comedies. Anything that makes me laugh.
5. Men. Hot men. Whether they are real men or book boyfriends.
6. Nature. I love sunrises and sunsets. I love to stare at the stars.
7. Breakfast! I love breakfast food. Morning, noon, or night! LOL!
8. Learning something new. Whether it's about art, history, science, or anything dealing with the world, my mind becomes a sponge.
9. Shopping for books. And that leads to #10.
10. Reading! You didn't think I would forget out that did you? LOL!

1. I am a great listener. Or so I've been told.
2. I am a very compassionate person.
3. My husband and I met in High School but didn't start dating until 5 years later.
4. My first son and husband have the same first name and they both answer when I call it of course. (Corey)
5. I've also been told that I am stubborn.
6. I am a huge music fan and love all kinds of music.
7. I am a HUGE nerd. And I'm proud of it.
8. I'm also a huge dork and very immature. I laugh at jokes about balls. Hey I live with 4 males in this house.
9. I love to watch cartoons and animated movies with my children. I sometimes get more excited about the movies they watch than they do.
10. I love children! I feel a special connection with them. In the immortal words of Whitney Houston: "I believe the children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way"
